Field and context

The field lies on the north-western margin of the North Malay Basin. Gas and condensate occur in numerous small, fault-compartmentalised sandstone reservoirs within a Cenozoic clastic succession. Geological studies describe fluvial, deltaic and marginal-marine depositional settings. The broad accumulation is developed through numerous platform-drilled wells and fixed wellhead structures feeding one central processing complex.
