Field and context

The Bruce oil and gas field is located in Blocks 9/8a, 9/9a and 9/9b ~340 km northeast of Aberdeen. Discovered in the 1970s, it produces from conventional reservoir rocks within the Northern North Sea. The field forms part of the Bruce-Keith-Rhum complex.
